Refund & Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement
I understand that Camp Vertica LLC operates with limited enrollment and must plan staffing, permits, insurance, and logistics in advance.
I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Program Cancellation by Camp Vertica
If Camp Vertica LLC is unable to operate the June 21–28, 2026 program due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: weather, state park regulations, permitting issues, insurance limitations, safety concerns, natural disasters, or public health guidance, I understand that Camp Vertica LLC will provide a full refund of all tuition paid.
Payment Plans & Tuition
I understand that Camp Vertica offers a payment plan option consisting of a $300 deposit to secure a spot, with the remaining balance due by May 22, 2026.
The deposit is required to reserve a camper’s place and is non-refundable after April 15, 2026
Full tuition must be paid by May 22, 2026 to maintain enrollment
If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, Camp Vertica LLC reserves the right to release the camper’s spot to the waitlist
Camper Cancellation by Family
I understand that if my child cancels their participation:
Before April 15, 2026: Full refund minus $150 administrative deposit
April 16 – May 15, 2026: 50% refund
After May 15, 2026: No refund
Weather & Schedule Adjustments
I understand that outdoor programming may be modified due to weather or safety conditions and that schedule changes during camp do not qualify for refunds.
Early Departure
I understand that no refunds will be issued for:
Late arrival
Voluntary withdrawal
Homesickness
Behavioral dismissal
Injury / Illness
I understand that if my child is medically unable to attend prior to camp, Camp Vertica may offer a partial refund of 75% or transfer at its discretion with documentation.
